Founded in Nouakchott in 2023, MauriSync was built from inside the country's most demanding mining operations. By people who know how decisions get made in the basin, in the ministry, and in the room.
MauriSync exists because every foreign client we know runs into the same wall when they cross into Mauritania: how do you move from a deck and a permit-map to actually drilling, hiring, partnering, and operating?
We are the people who make that bridge real. Not a consulting brochure. Not a fixer network. A small, senior team with relationships across operators, the Ministry of Petroleum, Mines & Energy, regional capital, and the contractors who actually move ground.
Our founder, Rabia Ghaly, is a Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 (2026) recognised for the work. Speaker at the Africa–Singapore Business Forum, building the country's bridge to international capital from the inside.
